Steps to add Delivery Challan –

• Click On Delivery Challan -> Add Challan 

• Challan Number is the automatic system generated a unique number
• Select Challan Date
• Select the Location
• Search the Customer Name
  • Once you select the Customer Name rest customer details auto-filled
  • If Customer is not added than Please fill the customer details system will add the customer automatically
• Add Product with Description, UOM, Approximate Value
• Click on Green tick mark button to add the product in challan, add as much as products you want to add
• Fill the details of Nature to be done and Expected the duration of the process and Transport details
• Select The Challan For option
• Click on Add

View section has the list of all created delivery challan, Bharatbills provide the number of option to its users who can take a print out of the challan, can delete the challan, can edit the challan as well.

Steps to Update/ Edit the Delivery challan

• Click on Edit button in front of that challan which you want to edit

• Change Accordingly
• You can’t change the challan number as its a system generated a unique number.
• Click on Update Button

Steps to Add Job Work In BharatBills

• Click on Delivery challan – Send for Job Work -> Add

  

•  Job work Number is the automatic system generated number which will be in use when the user is going to receive the product from job worker end.
• Select the Date
• Select the Location from which location you are going to send the product.
• Add product details
• Fill the complete form if you want to enter the details
• Click on Add button

• Click on Delivery challan – Send for Job Work -> View

Return of goods to the principal is a very important aspect under job work. Inputs and/or capital goods sent to a job worker are required to be returned to the principal within 1 year (in case of inputs) and 3 years (in case of capital goods) from the date of sending such goods to the job worker.

Steps to receive product from Job Work

• Click on Delivery challan – Receive from Job Work -> Add

• Enter the Challan Number
• Select The Rate
• Search the Job Worker Name
• Enter the details of product received from job worked end in Item Generated section
• Enter the details of the Product used at the job worker end in Item consumed section
• Enter The remarks
• Click on Save
• Once you will click on Save button System will work on Stock as per the product received quantity and will maintain the job worker pending product also.

How to To View the Received document list from Job Worker End

• Click on Delivery challan – Receive from Job Work -> View
